Our experience was fantastic, we thought we needed to buy a whole new iPhone or go through the hassle of working through insurance/warranty, but the team (Fabrizio) was able to diagnose the problem, give us options and get it fixed within 15 minutes! Fantastic service and expertise - would highly recommend!
I wouldn’t usually leave bad reviews at places, however I’ve given this place 2 chances, phone was submitted into the shop with only a small broken corner of the screen, got it back the first time with the new screen hanging off the edge of the phone and gaps and glue everywhere, just gotten it back the second time and there is still gaps and glue everywhere however the phone screen is better than when I first got it back however it’s still not aligned properly and I can press the screen and back of the phone and see the gap... read more
