I have been going to Fondue to get peirced since i was 14. I have gotten around 25 or so piercings done there and i never once had a bad experience. They make sure you know how to take care of your piercing once you leave the shop. And will take the time to answer any questions you have. The customer service is awesome and so are the people that work there. Also they have amazing quality jewelry. Best piercing shop in the reno/ sparks are no doubt! Highly highly recommend going here!(:
Very professional with GREAT customer service. Jasmine pierced my nostril, and I could not have asked for a better job. She was very thorough in every step from cleaning to aftercare education. If you're in the area and looking to get a piercing, this place is where you should go.

I've been going to Fondue for the past 4 years now and every time I go in the level of kindness and helpfulness exceeds my expectations. When I went in to get my jewelry anodized I was curious what the process consists of and they let me shadow them and explained the science behind it- super rad! Much appreciation to the good people & atmosphere there.
Got my 4 year olds ears pierced here today, they were very patient with her, made sure she was comfortable and that's what she wanted, and her ears are perfect! Great quality jewelry too. I recommend them for children!
Nice staff. Patient, kind and explained everything! Clean shop and sanitary procedures. Can’t say enough. Nice things about Mark and Jasmine!!!
