My first time joining Fondren Fitness. After training you can grab a Fondren Nutrition shake which is next door. An incredible atmosphere.
Convenient location, huge space with lots of equipment, and lots of activity but not at all crowded. Updated 12/25
Used this gym several times when visiting family from out of town. Good variety of clean, well-maintained equipment and friendly staff.
