I had a very disappointing experience in this restaurant, I placed my order online ahead of time but when I arrived to pick it up, the staff said they never received it, so I had to wait while they prepared it. After getting home, I discovered that several items from my order were missing, I think they don't know how to read an order. This whole process was frustrating and showed lack of attention to customer service and order accuracy. My $200 order was messed up and they even charge $17 for service fee.
