Dr. Chan is awesome
We just missed a chance to give my son relief from epilepsy due to this office taking so long to get things scheduled. Dr. Chan’s staff has been horrible. If I could give less than 1 star I would. We constantly get the run around for treatment and have to come in for any little thing. The epitome of putting money before the patient. I am highly disappointed and frustrated with their lack of professionalism. No wonder the healthcare industry has such a bad name.
Dr. Chan is wonderful! She is a great listener and very compassionate! I would definitely recommend her!
I was nervous about seeing a new doctor/epileptologist, but had a great visit overall and the wait time in the office was quick. She was super friendly and helpful in explaining things and answering my questions. I also appreciate the time that she spent with me, questions she had for me and getting to know me. I really appreciate her understanding of epilepsy beyond just seizures and I felt like I really connected with her. Thank you, Dr. Fonda Chan!
