I called these people when my little cat died and the local Pet Crematory here in Odessa was unavailable. They gladly came and got her even though they are based in Andrews. The lady on the phone was very helpful and the two employees who came to my house were very friendly, courteous, and understanding. They took my little baby and returned her ashes a few days later. We lost our fur baby last week and decided to have her cremated. We received her ashes today and now she will be with us forever. They did such a good job getting her back to us fast and are very understanding and compassionate. They made such a difficult time a bit easier.
