The end-to-end process from scheduling through the visit itself went as perfectly as can be. Dr. Jeni's passion shines through and she has the whole process down to a science. The experience felt more like a thoughtfully curated tour. Each step was explained in detail, and I never felt rushed. I'm very grateful that my 19 year old cat (Dinker) was able to experience a truly compassionate and dignified goodbye.
I am so grateful to have known about this option when it came time to say goodbye to my cat of 15yrs. Dr. Jeni Goedken has reached her calling and treats this situation so delicately and with so much compassion. For being the toughest decision of my life, she made me feel at peace and treated my baby with the most special care. Every step of the process with her, even after leaving with my baby, was most appreciated. She is definitely an angel for what she does. ♥️
Dr Jeni Goedken is an amazing, compassionate vet. As hard as this was for our family to say goodbye to our beloved dog Amber, Dr Jeni was so caring, sympathetic and explained the whole process to us. Her first concern was to make sure my dog was out of pain. After she was euthanized , Dr Jeni sent resources to read to help with the process of grief. I am so grateful we found her and feel blessed she walked this journey with us.
Dr. Jeni has a gentle, soothing manner and explains in depth the procedure for a fond farewell. She takes her time and listens to the needs of the pet and family. We have used her services for three beloved dogs. Each occasion was geared to the needs of the pet and family. Not only is she a skilled veterinarian but her kindness and compassion made such a difference for us all. Thank you Dr. Jeni for helping us through these difficult times.
