Dr Jeni is so gentle and kind
We will always be grateful for the kind, compassionate, and gentle services of Dr. Jeni and Fond Farewell. She made our Rookie's transition peaceful and loving, and helped us get through a very sad day.
Our cat developed a fast-growing tumor a few months ago, and due to his age and the size of the tumor, our veterinarian recommended against surgery. This weekend, we made the incredibly difficult decision that it was time to say goodbye. We reached out to Fond Farewell, and Dr. Jeni was able to come to our home on short notice over the weekend. My wife called last week and since the first call they have been wonderful. To say good bye to a dog we've had for 18 years was very hard. Highly recommend!!
The end-to-end process from scheduling through the visit itself went as perfectly as can be. Dr. Jeni's passion shines through and she has the whole process down to a science. The experience felt more like a thoughtfully curated tour. Each step was explained in detail, and I never felt rushed. I'm very grateful that my 19 year old cat (Dinker) was able to experience a truly compassionate and dignified goodbye.
