ill be here 5 years in september. if you move in, you get that they offer you. im not sure if anyone is really allowed to change to another apartment after awhile, but i did get a no answer from an office woman when she was working there. funny thing though is there is an elderly woman in the building who only got to move because she was afraid of heights (why look out the window then?). but the rent is low which anyone would love. again, you get what you get because the rent is low. if you tried to make it better the rent w... read more
Clean and safe. They do a great service here in Fondy.
The places they rent out are decent but be prepared for them to make up charges to keep your security deposit even if you leave your place spotless, give notice, and have photos to prove it.
