Absolutely impressed by the care, compassion, professionalism & skill of Dr. Fonagy and his staff. I had a truly HORRIFIC experience with a different podiatrist and he has restored my trust. Thank you!
The doctor was nice and thorough but the staff were not helpful, arrogant, and extremely rude. I would find another place to go solely because of the staff.
Had to reschedule because my son was threating to kill himself so i had to send him to a rehab center in florida because there are no good mental health facilities in ohio. And because i didnt have my copay cuz i had to pay $400 for a flight for him they told me i had to reschedule then wouldnt take me as a patient. So sad to see how people are so ignorant about mental health an the families going thru it. If it was one of their loved ones maybe they would understand. We got in the next day! We were first time patients. The patient is diabetic and was doing his own foot care. Dr. Fonagy was kind and non-judgmental. He was knowledgeable, professional and down to earth.
Very nice doctor and his staff too.
