It seemed like throughout the whole visit they only had one agenda - how to get max out of this patient’s insurance. If there was a free cleaning included in your plan the only way they would let you take advantage of it is if you first pay for several treatments they recommend. Its a scam - please save your new patient visit to go see someone professional.

Wow, not sure what you thought your heard. We do go over treatment plan and how to utilize each individual plan to help patients understand what treatment is needed, and how the insurance benefits play a roll, with patients out of pocket. The "free cleaning" only applies to patient without gum disease. If treatment is needed to treat gum disease the "free cleaning" is used as a follow up.
