I arrived a Northpointe Family Dentistry today and was seen timely as usual. I had my teeth cleaned and routine xrays. The appointment went well and the next one is scheduled. The office staff is always professional and friendly.

I had an emergency and they squeezed me in. Dr. Kaur was fantastic. I don't like to go to the dentist but have no problem going again next week to get my procedure finished. She was painless, quick, efficient and I really like her and her staff. Thanks, Dr. Kaur.

I was sorry that the regular hygienist was not there and felt the patient care was not as caring about comfort and the patient experience. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Concerns about insurance were addressed in a professional manner.
Melissa did a good job cleaning my teeth.
