To my fellow sickle cell warriors, I beg you: PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. This place used to be an inviting safe space for people like us, and turned into a dumpster fire. Dr. Ogunsile started working here and gave the impression she had her patients' best interests at heart. She communicated with us, made us feel like we could trust her, then stabbed us in the back. Wonderful service I’m very pleased of the kindness I received.
If I could give the Sickle Cell clinic a zero I would. Terrible service. I’ve been calling for two days to speak to someone regarding a referral that my insurance does not require but a Memorial stupid policy and for two days she’s not there or left early. Yesterday was told to call after 9 am.today I started calling at 9:10 am and not one person has picked up the phone until 2:02 pm for her to tell me the referral person is not there.
