Wonderful service I’m very pleased of the kindness I received.
If I could give the Sickle Cell clinic a zero I would. Terrible service. I’ve been calling for two days to speak to someone regarding a referral that my insurance does not require but a Memorial stupid policy and for two days she’s not there or left early. Yesterday was told to call after 9 am.today I started calling at 9:10 am and not one person has picked up the phone until 2:02 pm for her to tell me the referral person is not there. This is a mile stone for the warriors with Sickle Cell and with love and empathy of care performed by this unit, I guarantee there will be a lot less crisis due to the added education of diet and treatment provided.
