Wow! Just had to replace an old A/C unit. They explained all of my options thoroughly, and didn't cram the most expensive system down my throat. Not only that, the new system was completely installed the next morning. Great job!
Please check this company out before doing business with them. Folsom installed two new units in my home last years and did horrible work .The county inspector failed the first install. Thirteen months later one of the units go out. I was told it is covered but will cost about $600.00 in labor. Please save yourself the aggravation and find a company with a good reputation. They are overpriced and will leave you hanging.
Folsom Services was, to say the least, unable to meet our companies needs. We were met with industry ignorance, combined with a total lack of basic respect, and zero professionalism. We have since found a another company who blows these guys out of the water. Under no circumstances would we even entertain the idea of using Folsom ever again.
