If you're remodeling a bathroom, kitchen - or really anything - I couldn't recommend Dave and Folsom Remodel more highly. Our dated circa 1988 downstairs bath had never been remodeled and it came out gorgeous! I am incredibly picky and dreadfully indecisive (a contractor's nightmare!) and yet I was delighted both with the process and the end result. Dave is honest, punctual, respectful, neat and patient. My primary bathroom was just completed on June 9th 2026 by Folsom Remodel. Dave O’Brien, the owner and his team did excellent work on my primary bathroom remodel. A bathroom remodel can be very stressful, but Dave was amazing at communicating every step of the way and offered some great suggestions on my remodel. Dave has remodeled three bathrooms over the past 15 years in three different homes built in 1962, 1984 and 2000 and there's a reason I keep calling him back. He's a perfectionist, so not only going to do the job right, it's going to be flawless. He's very honest about his quotes, what is going to happen, also very easy to work with throughout the job.
