Dr. Noack diagnosed my dog with aortic stenosis after seeing 4 other vets that didn't hear her heart irregularities. This hospital has been impeccable. Plus they have seen a path for our dog who is allergic to dust mires. They treated my very spicy cat with kindness to the point she only hisses once per visit, though often needs sedation nonetheless. I'm sincerely grateful for their expertise and knowledge.
Unfortunately I can not recommend this vet to anyone in the area unless emergency dental work is needed. We own a larger puppy and when this pup was younger the vets at this office thought the pup might have a heart murmur at one of our appointments. We then had several follow up appointments where the vet claimed our puppy did not have the murmur and then would claim again the pup did. We absolutely love coming here. We take all of our animals, 2 cats and one dog. We have had great care, great follow up and the prices are reasonable. We drive 40 minutes to bring our animals in. They’re that great.
I’m really disappointed with my experience here. My pit bull has been seen four times for chronic, excessive yeast issues affecting her skin, ears, and paws. Yeast was already established and treated with medicated shampoo and ear wash. Despite this documented history, the clinic denied a low-cost Chewy prescription for oral antifungal medication unless I paid for yet another visit and yeast test.
