Shady business practices reported to California Veterinary Medical Board they pressure customers into paying whatever is quoted once they are physically at the clinic. That’s why they refuse to give pricing over the phone don’t fall for their excuses. They’re just trying to take advantage of the high median salary demographic. I just got three x-rays and an exam done for $350. this place wants double that for the exact same thing!!!

I find it extremely frustrating when a veterinary clinic refuses to provide even a general price for X-rays before an appointment. Customers have every right to compare prices and make informed decisions about where to take their pets. If a clinic intentionally withholds pricing because they don’t want customers to shop around, I consider that a terrible business practice. We brought our beloved 10-year-old cat, Beep, to Folsom Ranch Veterinary Hospital when he needed medical attention and ultimately surgical intervention, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about the care he received. After nearly a year of bringing our pets to Folsom Ranch Veterinary Hospital, I can honestly say they are the best veterinary practice we’ve ever used. We were so impressed that we moved all of our pets here—our English Bulldog, our French Bulldog, and our cat—from another well-known Folsom veterinary clinic we had trusted for over a decade. We can't thank Dr. Noack and the entire team at Folsom Ranch Veterinary Hospital enough for the compassion and care they showed our family during one of the hardest moments we've ever experienced. Saying goodbye to our beloved pug, Loki, was incredibly difficult, but everyone treated him with such kindness, dignity, and respect.
