After arrogantly boasting about their “40-person team,” they were apparently too cheap to use a proper ear-cleaning solution instead of water for a $70 ear flush. I brought my cat here for a second opinion about his recurring ear infection and chin acne. The vet didn’t even bother to properly examine his chin or ask how I was using his prescribed medication. We’ve been working with the team here for over a year. The entire team from the front desk to the vet techs to the vet docs are warm and patient. We unfortunately needed urgent care two times and luckily was able to be seen on the same day. We also do “happy visits” which has helped our pupper feel less anxious.

They removed a foxtail from my dog’s nose yesterday- they let me walk-in. Upfront and honest about everything they did. I live 40 minutes away and am still considering changing vets.
