Courteous management, and by far the lowest cost storage that I could find near Folsom Lake and El Dorado Hills for boats, RV’s, and utility trailers. Some of the other, higher cost yards have CCTV surveillance and I guess that might be a crime deterrent but I parked my mom’s Winnebago there for almost 20 years and never had a problem. The only actual disadvantage I can think of is the padlocked gate at the entry, instead of a keypad.
