Called to get information about my truck that’s been sitting over there. Lady was very rude from the service department over the phone. Said she needed the vin and had hundreds of trucks like mine in rude tone. Try to explain I just bought the truck. She transfer me to another number. I found the vin number for Her gave her a call back to give her vin and she was very rude saying I already transfer you to your service advisor. In a very rude tone. Was never helped
I took in my ford focus to get some repairs on a very busy day and was greated by Jaye! He was very friendly and very helpful! He was great at communicating about what was needed and how long it will take! I am very appreciative of his customer service and friendliness on such a busy day! Thank you Jay and thank you Folsom Lake Ford service for getting us on the road again!! I will definitely be coming back again for all our repairs!!
This by far is the worst ford dealership I’ve ever been to, always have to wait an abnormally long time to get a service advisor and don’t bother filling out any information online about what you need done to your car because nobody reads it. Among seven other issues I had with my explorer they wanted $800+ to replace my drivers side window and my total bill would have been just under $6k with my warranty expired. 2020 explorer has been by far the worst car I have ever owned and it’s unfortunate that because of this car and ... read more
