Doctor is great but terrible customer service. Paid in full for glasses on order. I've called in twice and emailed with no response. I understand things are taking longer but some follow up would be a appreciated.
The doctor was great was actually one of the best exams I’ve had , but that’s where it ends there for me. I don’t write reviews often but I’ve been waiting 12 weeks on a 3 to 4 week wait on glasses. I’ve been given multiple excuses from the glasses been damaged having to be sent back , them having the frames but not the glasses, then not having the frames or the glasses , to them being in the port stuck on a ship then weeks later to be in the finishing processes awaiting to be shipped out after being told multiple weeks befo... read more
This office is by far the best experience I have had for eye care services. I have worn corrective wear for 30 years with a very unique prescription. Dr. Phan is extremely knowledgeable and understands my needs. He explained my options and I left his office confident that I would be taken care of. He shares the same enthusiasm as myself and that is to give me the best, most comfortable vision possible. He listens and is very easy to talk to. Dr. Phan is absolutely the best doctor I've ever had! He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer every single question I had regarding some changes with my vision. I have a desk job so I sit in front of a screen for more than 8 hours a day. Dr. Phan understood my visual needs and was able to explain how my new prescription would best suit my work.
