Worst dealership in Sacramento hands down. This is my second time dealing with this used car dealership and both experiences have been absolutely horrible. I get a letter in the mail today saying they want to buy my truck. So I call the number to see if this is legitimate and they say it is so I make an appointment and go. Wanted to look at a Dodge Charger Daytona, and Daniel Ruha reached out to us from the dealer. Scheduled a time.tongonup and see it, and he was nothing but helpful during the process. Really appreciate hom taking the time to address all of our questions and concerns prior to purchasing the vehicle. Would definitely go back to him if I was looking at another Stallantis product. My Wife and I visited Folsom lake cdjr to look at a Ram 2500HD and we met Marko. He showed us vehicles we might be interested in but he didn't get pushy. We decided to take a second look the next day and Marko worked with us a our time line for purchasing a vehicle. He checked other other dealer inventory and we ended up.purchasing a 2500HD limited from him. His attention to detail and his ability to translate our needs into a finalized deal were outstanding. We couldn't be happier.

Zero stars for communication. After 4 days of calling and being promised a call back, I finally demanded to speak to the service manager who hung up on me after a 20 min hold time. Do your self/your company a favor and find ANY other service center.
