Lied to, misrepresented, told our credit score was 100 points lower than it was. We're survived for a losing but dealership failed to disclose to me because they had another party offering a much larger down payment
Well, this dealership has really gone downhill. I had been bringing my vehicle here for maintenance and repairs for over 6 years, but ever since the ownership change, the quality has noticeably declined. During my last oil change, they forgot to tighten the oil filter and spilled oil all over my engine. Accidents can happen, but at the very least, wipe it off instead of sending me home like that! I will not be naming anyone on this until everything has been completed. As of right now, I have just recently purchased a certified vehicle and within the first 2 weeks we had a check engine light with rough idling. I scheduled well in advanced and made it a point to have the vehicle their early. It is now 430 in the afternoon with no phone call from anyone.
