Dropped my truck off last Thursday. Bailey called that day and said he would order the parts and it would be 2 business days. I had not heard from him by Monday at 1 pm so I called and left a message. No return call. He sent a text at 7:30am Tuesday morning and I requested an ETA on my vehicle. At 11am he called me and nonchalantly tells me the part is on back order and it will be 1-3 days.
