At 18 months my seat started cracking on a 2024 Chevy Trax Active. I have a 3 year warranty. Folsom denied the warranty per "customer induced damage". I just got off the phone with the manager David Dudley. David referred me to GM. GM referred me back to the dealership. If you want good customer service for the sell and servicing, but when it comes to the warranty, get denied, no call backs, no explanation, and get the run around, this is your dealership. Never again. Fool me once. This is my second service and the second time my tire sensor miraculously went out at exactly the same time as my tire rotation. I will never take my car to this dealership service again. Very bait and switch practices. Shame on you guys for thinking people are that incompetent and taking advantage or you simply have incompetent staff working on cars.
The people are nice.. just felt like I got the run around. I took in my car because my check engine light was on, they do not offer transportation like other places do. 3 hours gone by almost 4 and I called them was placed on hold for awhile just to tell me my car needs to be there overnight, they also told me the warranty covers the diagnostic. Next day comes around they called me saying it was just the battery it was $800, I’m like $800 why and they said for the diagnostic, labor, part and the oil change..I wish they would... read more
