Got my car repaired a few weeks ago, TIFNY was the lady taking care of my case. She was excellent and efficient. The repairs took a bit of time and Tifny was patient with me even when I started to go Karen for a minute (sorry) give this lady a raise. Would recommend
Fun experience. From Jay the sales man to Mike the money man. Got more than I wanted in the truck we bought. Friendly place. We are looking forward to working with them again in the near future.
Be wary with this service center. Months back I took my truck in for a recall, after the work was done, driving home multiple service lights came on. These specific warnings never came on before, so I immediately went back, and they claimed they didn’t do any work near where these sensors would be. Sure. Fast forward, I get a check-up call from Ed, and I explained the above situation. He’s very apologetic and empathetic, we set up appointment and he said “we will take care of you”. Nothing more.
