Made service appointment for 7am. Did a night drop, just to be able to get my truck back sooner. Horrible follow up with the progress of the truck. Just for a simple oil change, brake check and minor plug power (in bed). It took two days to get this done. I certainly will not be bring my truck back to Folsom. I'm sure the Roseville GMC will do a much better job. BTW the brakes are still squeaking. PS, I also asked them to detail truck, not done!!!!
The entire building was outstanding. They truly care about their customers!
Excellent and timely service
I had a warranty issue related to a tech bulletin. My truck has 9000 miles on it. I was told a loaner vehicle wasn’t available. I had to rent a vehicle. I was told I could submit it it for reimbursement. I did that and have never heard anything. Oh and the problem the truck had has returned. Very disappointing experience overall.
