If there was less than 1 star I would give it. I tried to verify insurance coverage prior to surgery and was unable to reach anyone. Number available on line seems to be disconnected. On day of surgery I was told by the surgery center and the anesthesiologist that I was in network. Surprise…. Got an EOB from provider that says “nope” not in network.
