Dr. Sheridan went above and beyond—he could tell how stressed I was and personally took my calls to reassure me every step of the way. The entire staff was just as compassionate and supportive. This was such a refreshing experience compared to my old vet, where I often felt rushed or had to speak only with a tech instead of the doctor. I truly feel like my dog and I were cared for here, not just treated. Highly recommend!
While boarding for five days, they watched my 8 month old puppy deteriorate in health and didn't say anything until they knew the check would clear. He lost 15% of his body weight and they didn't care. They didn't let him out to pee and he soiled himself the moment I picked him up. I'm now left with an emergency vet situation that never needed to happen if they would have paid attention to their patient. You're better off leaving your dog in the shed than leaving him with these people. Absolutely awful.
