Dr.Carr and staff blew me away with how caring, concerned, kind, and loving towards my doggie girl Marlee today. My four year old son was sad and worried about Marlee when they took her back for labs. So the very nice lady at the front desk came into our room and gave him a stuffed animal puppy dog, and he was so happy!! All staff seems very affectionate and want to be there because they truly care about your four legged friend and you/ family. I foster for the fyh center a the mall and when went to the hospital for the to check a dog..... I LOVED IT!!!!
We followed Dr.Carr here from his previous office. He is so thorough, honest and my favorite - compassionate. We had to put our shepherd down last year and he was so helpful, he walked our children thru it in a way they could understand, and even shed some tears with us. I took our pit in today for a nail trim. The place is wonderful. The staff was very pleasant and kind. I highly recommend them!
Dr. Carr is a great doctor. He explains his diagnosis and plan of care very simply which I appreciate in such a stressful situation. The staff is always friendly and the office is beautiful. I have recommended FYHAH to several people and will continue to do so �.
