We were extremely impressed with Kristin when she met with us to sell our home. She talked a big game about marketing and how she would list our home as pending, have it all over social media, and then have our open house thereafter when it went active. Unfortunately, our experience was different. She had an open house at a neighboring home she was selling and invited dozens of people over for an open house. These people parked on our property during a rain storm and tore up our yard. When asked nicely to please fix it , she informed us it wasn’t her problem. Very upsetting for someone who works at “Integrity “
