What kind glasses store doesn’t let you take pictures? You would get a lot more sales if you did. People like to take pictures and compare at other stores. I can’t even remember what I tried on now.
I needed some adjustments made on two pair of sunglasses that I did not purchase from them. The super pleasant associate helped me with no issue. While waiting I found a cool pair of Chanel sunglasses. Good service allows me to build good relationships. You get what you pay for.
Would give zero stars if I could. Can’t take pictures of the glasses and not a welcoming vibe. Don’t get me started on everything being extremely overpriced!
We have been customers for 15+ years. The vision care is the best! I have worn glasses for 52 years. The glasses and contacts from Folline allow me to see better than I have ever seen in my life! The first time I got glasses from them I was literally startled at how clearly I could see. They take time with the exam, even taking me outside to check the corrections in real world conditions. I would highly recommend them.
Worst customer service experience that I have ever experienced! I went to Folline Vision Centers last May and ordered a pair of glasses. The owner of the store and the sales associate were pleasant and easy to work with. Everything changed once I picked up my glasses. I tried on my new glasses and noticed that they felt heavier than when I had originally tried them on. They adjusted my glasses and asked me to wear them for about a week to get used to them.
