I needed some adjustments made on two pair of sunglasses that I did not purchase from them. The super pleasant associate helped me with no issue. While waiting I found a cool pair of Chanel sunglasses. Good service allows me to build good relationships. You get what you pay for.
Would give zero stars if I could. Can’t take pictures of the glasses and not a welcoming vibe. Don’t get me started on everything being extremely overpriced!
We have been customers for 15+ years. The vision care is the best! I have worn glasses for 52 years. The glasses and contacts from Folline allow me to see better than I have ever seen in my life! The first time I got glasses from them I was literally startled at how clearly I could see. They take time with the exam, even taking me outside to check the corrections in real world conditions. I would highly recommend them.
Worst customer service experience that I have ever experienced! I went to Folline Vision Centers last May and ordered a pair of glasses. The owner of the store and the sales associate were pleasant and easy to work with. Everything changed once I picked up my glasses. Last May I visted this location. I typically frequent the broad river location due to it being close to my place of work. Well I randomly walked into this location browsing glasses and saw some I really liked. The associated was helpful. Well after going through at the Broad River location I had my prescription on hand.
