Awful customer service. I bought my first pair of glasses from Folline. I spent \$900 on frames and progressive lenses. The lenses were polycarbonate with a scratch-resistant coating (about \$450 just for the lenses). Both lenses got scratche and Folline said that they were not covered under the warranty. I spoke to several other vision centers in Columbia that stated that had I bought the lenses from them, they would be replaced at no charge. Very nice n friendly atmosphere. Mrs. Robin is a gem, and makes u feel right at home.
Robbin is just great and the service is high quality.
Ive known the Folline family for years, been to their weddings, and have been a customer at Folline on Taylor for 30 years but only to get frames and lenses. For eye exams, I had been using Dr Cohen at Rubin. But he retired this year. I called to get an appointment for an eye exam at Folline. I was told curtly that Folline does not take Medicare.
