Just another corporate greedy company pushing out the hardworking and poor out of there homes. They buy privately owned mobile parks and hike up the rent, charge 1k or more late fees and then kick them out. That's what this company thrives on. Buying property to push out the blue collars and build more expensive homes and charge more rent. We don't need anymore of this!
Town West Mobile Home Community gas really gone down hill over the past few years since Follett took over. We all have a light out front. Mihe has nit wirk3d for over 3 years. Management knows. There are at least 25 others that don't work. Manager Tibby is extremely rude to tenants and to people wanting to move here. They even took away voicemail at the office so we have no after hours conact in an emergency. They can't keep mantainence workers because of Management. I can't wait to be able to move soon.
I've lived in TownWest for 15 yrs. It's a diverse mixed community of all ages. FollettUSA, Matt Follett, Pres. became the new owners of our midwest community a couple of years ago. The office staff is nice. The pad rent increases however, for a plot of land barely large enough for my 16x76 home that is paid for, it's like having a mortgage payment all over again. Most of us seniors will be financially forced to move out of our homes as relocating the home is very costly and the surrounding communities are also raising their ... read more
