They were friendly and efficient...but my kids doc never got the results and they do not answer their phone. Had to go back twice to finally get results to the doctor. Big hassle.
I've always had a great experience there. I got through the entire procedure in a timely manner and the blood draw has always gone well. The staff has always been friendly and professional.
Go to a different lab! It's been 2 weeks. Don't answer calls and still haven't received results. They said they have them a few days ago and that they'd send results within the hour. It's been days, still no results from them. Normally takes a couple days from other labs.
