good product, knowledgeable staff Sales staff made house calls and assessed job; provided quote by phone. Lots of advice and pointers offered. We ultimately bought a DIY cork floor, and had a rubber floor installed by their pros. They did an excellent job! Had some confusion over delivery and billing, but worked all out in the end. I'd recommend them; the product and selection are excellent, and sales staff was honest about what would work best for our floors.
