I went to Emily for about 4 years. I started with black hair and transitioned to blonde over that time. I have a hair condition in which she did make me feel comfortable with. However, the last year I haven't been happy any time I've got my hair done wasn't close to what I wanted. I started going pure blonde to make it easier. I never switched stylists due to my hair condition.
