Recently had Folkes Home Services technician at my home to service our Central Air unit . The gentleman’s name was Shareef Salaam. He was an absolute professional, took his time checking every aspect of the unit explaining exactly what he was looking for and how it was working . He was courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to have him in my home. Hopefully if needed in the future he will be the tech who comes.
