They came and diagnosed the complaint, gave an estimated cost with repairs to be completed in 3 to 5 business days. That was the last I heard from them. After 12 business days I called. I was told the parts were on order and they would call when the parts come in to schedule an appointment. 10 business days later I called again. Same answer.
