I had my first root canal done at Dr. Folk's office a couple days ago. I don't remember even having been to any general dentist where I was treated so well. I had a root canal done last week (5/28/'25) with Dr. Folk and even though it may sound as a contradiction in terms, it was a very good experience! Dr. Folk and his staff are punctual, professional, & thorough. Every step of the procedure is explained in advance and the expectations properly managed. I hope I don't have to do another root canal, but if I must, I will certainly reach out to Dr. Folk.

My dentist referred me to Dr. Folk because x-rays indicated possible resorption. Dr. Folk's front office was pleasant and professional. They worked with my schedule and got me in to see him within a very reasonable time. They also explained in advance the payment options. I very much appreciated this information. As for Dr. Folk, he is clearly an expert in the field and spent a great deal of time examining the tooth and then showing me, using the scan, the issue with my tooth. Went above and beyond for my extra super messed up teeth, very gentle root canal, he explained everything very thoroughly and answered all my questions. The front desk coordinators (shout out Heidi) were so helpful & explained the costs and treatment plans. I also like that weird stretchy green mouth guard they put on to protect the rest of the mouth while you get the root canal because it allowed me to relax my jaw during the procedure and didn’t leave my mouth aching like on root canals I’ve had in the past. I was referred by my dentist for a root canal and it was the most painless experience ever! The entire staff is fantastic and made everything easy and the process moved quickly. Dr. Folk walked me through everything step by step with care and personally followed up the next day. Should you ever be in need, this is the place to go!
