My brother and I were looking for a shop for his very first tattoo, when he was visiting from Georgia. We researched and talked to several people before deciding to go with Folk City Tattoo. We had such a great experience, the people were awesome, very professional, and answered all his questions. The shop was well organized, clean and had some of the coolest art pieces around!!! We will be going back once he moves up in January for more pieces for the both of us!!
Folk City has some of the best, well-rounded artists in the area! Their staff is always friendly, professional and willing to answer any questions. The shop is always clean and the artists make sure their clients leave 100% satisfied. I've referred at least 10 people to Folk City and everyone loves them! �

I got my first tattoo back in July, a fish hook on my right calf. The staff was very patient(I was slightly nervous), and got it exactly as I wanted. All in all a great experience for a "first timer"!!

Got my first tattoo here about 2 months ago. I was very nervous and Davey made sure I was comfortable and at ease the whole time. I got a hummingbird in memory of my step father who had recently passed away. It was a great experience and a beautiful job done for him.
Great bunch of people! Clean environment, great artists. Walked in with no appointment and was getting tattooed within a half hour. Great work. Highly recommend Folk City.
