They have always been extremely good and quick with our needs. I am impressed by their professionalism and helping us keep every aspect of our plumbing working on this old house from our waste lines, water pump to our water heater that died on us one cold winter morning (turning around a new one in hours). Just fantastic service the six years we've been using them!
The technician who came out was professional, courteous, and on time, so I want to give credit where credit is due. The issue with my leaky shower was correctly identified, and the actual repair was done quickly once the part arrived. Unfortunately, the company’s pricing policy is what makes this a 3-star experience. I was told up front about a one-hour minimum charge of $229, which I accepted.
