Great work out place.
If you want to get in shape or get more in shape, this is the only big gym in Maine that is worth your time.
It's large, clean, and has good equipment. However, it's borderline unusable because it's always so crowded. It's often hard to find a locker, a toilet, or a machine because they have oversold memberships. It's compounded by the poor layout, e.g., the smoothie bar and most of the blue carpet area that are under utilized and eat up scarce floor space that should go to equipment.
