Outstanding gym. I've been a gym rat for the last 30 years and have sampled gyms all over the country....This one is perfect, exactly how I would design it. Really well run, clean and easy to use whatever you need.
Hooray! After knee surgery, I worked with Will Chapman to help me get back into shape and to strengthen my muscles. I now have full mobility - hiking, kayaking, and running. I just did an Outward Bound Course! Will is extremely knowledgeable and created the program that worked for me. Will kept me accountable and is also kind and compassionate. I’m grateful!
Been working out here for five years and hoping for much more.
