Called in the middle of the night with a broken truck. Was told if I can get it there just wait till the mechanics come in in the morning, otherwise they'd arrange for a tow. I managed to "limp" the truck in. Got me in a bay first thing in the morning. Diagnosed the problem. Kept me in the loop and fixed it correctly without trying to up-sell me. Thank you for everything you did to get me going again. Highly recommend this place. (this is a Caterpillar dealer and they do work on big trucks.)
