When I've called they've sent either father or son, one time with multiple jobs both father and son. They both seem to know what they are doing given every time my problem got fixed before they left at what I felt like was a reasonable price. I started using them when I lived near their business but I'm still calling them when I have issues at my new house up 270.
From the first phone call to the final handshake, top notch service carried out with professionalism! Highly recommend these guys if you're in the area!
This company was recommended by a friend. Spoke with Patrick who got defensive when I asked for his father Terry to come replace my hot water heater. Poor customer service.
