I drove an hour to an empty office. They scheduled the wrong site. When i called main office i was asked if I would drive an exta hour to the Beckly site. This is unprofessional and a waiste of Time, money. Thanks. Update: Week later, last visit. I will never go back to this place rude workers. Mr. Foley called me about the above visit. Said he was sorry. Then today the workers are rude to my family after I called them out on this. Like I told MR. Foley very unprofessional.

12 years later and I realize how they ruined my life. I was told to have four healthy, adult teeth removed because my mouth was “too small” and had braces placed after. This is a poor practice. When mouths are “too small”, expansion of the mouth should occur, not removal of healthy teeth. Now many years later. I have a flat face, sleep apnea, excess bone growth in my mouth, have to mouth breathe, and will be paying out of pocket for ~$14,000 just to do the expansion that should have been done to me as a child.
