I’ve lived here for about a month and so far it’s been great. Manager is cool and takes care of work orders promptly. Neighbors are friendly, it’s peaceful.
This used to be a nice small affordable complex to live in. & now it's $1,000 a month for living in a constant construction zone doesn't matter what time day or night or weekends or weekdays. & there's no amenities.

I've been here for some time now. Recently the apartments have had a lot of renovations done and the place is looking great. I have never had any trouble getting anything fixed., and in my experience it was done correctly. A/C went down after a couple of unsuccessful attempts of repairing it, they had a new until installed inside and outside.
I’ve lived here at foley hill apartments for almost four years and I love it here. Very quiet community and it’s not a huge complex which I like. We recently got new management who has gone above and beyond to improve the apartments outside and in. If anything needs to be fixed in my apartment the problem is addressed almost immediately. Also terminix comes monthly which I love because I’ve lived in other places that had issues with bugs.
