Patrick was super thorough and knowledgeable! He did an excellent job.
Excellent job, I am happy and impressed with Foley Exteriors. 1st: I have had A LOT of work done on my house and have come to dread trying to find a company that actually takes pride in their work. Patrick, the owner of this company, was so refreshing to work with. His company has been around since 1910, his grandfather started it. Scheduling an estimate was easy to do. When Patrick came out, he was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. I had researched questions to ask about stucco, since I know nothing abo... read more
Patrick came to look at an unidentified issue where water would occasionally seep into the lower level of my house and resulted in wood rot. Patrick and his crew did an exceptional job replacing crumbing stucco soffit with aluminum and repairing a large stucco front porch. In both cases, Patrick was the only one who was able to identify the root cause of the issue and recommend a permanent and cost-effective solution. Patrick is a perfectionist and it shows. After reading the reviews, I knew that Foley Exteriors was the one for these challenging repairs.
Patrick repaired and re-stuccoed a large portion of our house, and I could not recommend him more highly. We had a rather unusual situation with our old stucco failing in places, and Foley was one of very few companies that sandblasts in house, greatly simplifying the entire process. They were very competitive on cost, and the final product was immaculate.
