Highly recommend. Doctors, nurses & admin are just lovely & so welcoming. I saw Dr Michaela Zallmann, she helped greatly with my skin issues! In a good location & easy to find. Lots of car parks out the back.
Highly experienced and knowledgeable Dermatologists, who are supported by a team of helpful, friendly staff. Easy to find with ample parking at the rear of Clinic. After over 30 years of living with Psoriasis, I have finally got clear skin and flake-free shoulders!! I can wear black clothes now without feeling self conscious of my psoriasis. Thank you.
Farm your money by only giving you scripts that last for 6 months when they specifically tell you it’s medication for life so every 6 months you have to go back, pay $400 dollars for them to literally send your script to your gp. Half the time they forgot to send your script to your local GP and then have the misfortunate of speaking to the rudest woman that works at the front desk even though you are chasing up YOUR SCRIPTS you paid $400 for them to forward in an email.
I saw Dr Micheala Zallman for a minor skin issue. She effectively diagnosed the issue and suggested a combination of general measures and therapeutic interventions. All issues were very quickly resolved. I would highly recommend seeing her.
No care for patient’s time. 1.5 hrs after my scheduled time and still waiting for the doctor. I had to take a day off from work and then pick up my kid from school early so that I could reach the doctors office on time. After riding 60 Km, they made me wait in the car for an hour. If the reception could let the patient know about the delay earlier or when called, it would help the patients to manage the time.
