Shameful company , lying to you about what you need for DOT compliance Nothing they say is true
The worst service. When they are trying to make a sale, they offer you packages at a "fixed" price—packages that supposedly include certain services—only for you to realize later that this isn't true and that you have to pay extra to get them.
DOT is FREE! Don’t pay them to do it. Only thing you should pay for is MC. I LOST 2 CONTRACT OPPORTUNITIES. Because they kept saying that Motus was down. I called them and A customer Motus walked me through and it was FREE. Now they are looking over my refund when they didn’t come through on their end.
They will tell you what ever they have to to get you to sign up. After that they will put you off not follow up. Do not use this company.
