Definitely don't use them
Received a cold call from someone claiming they got a notification from FMCSA about an error on a DOT application and needed our DOT number. I didn’t provide the info, and they hung up. The caller was rude, kept interrupting, and said anyone else who calls about this isn’t legit. Seemed like questionable business practices.
Got on a plan with foley hoping they would my compliance nonsense easier. In reality, they took my money and then told me when I needed to go to setup accounts, which have proven borderline impossible for someone with very little ability on a computer. I was under the impression that was what I was paying them for. They also had my information entered wrong having my business registered in Florida rather than Indiana. Essentially it seems like they take your money and then ditch.
