I've been a customer of Foley for 6 years. $129.00 annual subscription. They charged my twice last year. Even with receipts, they refused to refund me. I was told the annual fee would be waived this year. Instead they want to charge me $522. One truck, one trailer, one driver. $522? They claim a "standard price increase". I signed up with a different consortium for $49.00 +$12.00 per driver. There are plenty of consortium companies who don't try to extort a small, one truck, female owned trucking company. Bad experience with several departments. Software is NOT user friendly.
Don't do Business with them, my account manager never call me back. You have urgent question never pick up the phone. I left many times messages never call me back once I catch him and he was pretended. I was about to call you.
Am a seasoned professional, in trucking, at first, I didn’t understand how they worked. As time went by, they’ve been exceptional, especially Kimberly Rivera, a recruiter but as always been committed to making sure that I am satisfied. She’s always gone above and beyond and am not only grateful but also impressed- not an easy fit for me.
Not satisfied with their services. As owner operators foley does not provide a helpful stress free back office. if you are an owner and operator/ driver it is difficult to manage. I decide to cancel services after 3 months or so and they will not prorate the account nor reactivated it without me paying for another year. I do no recommend them
