Absolute Nightmare. Holding legal paperwork hostage while already paid. Do not trust this office if you are dealing with a legal or insurance case. I started seeing Fokion Avgerinos after being rear-ended a couple of years ago. My insurance company paid them fully for my visits, yet for years, this office has utterly failed to send the necessary medical paperwork to my lawyer. Amazing chiropractor! Great office staff. Family feel type of place. Doctor is kind and caring and always leaving feeling significantly better.
I went to this place with high hopes, based on someone's recommendation. I read the reviews as I always do and I saw negative comments on waiting time. I truly hoped they fixed this issue over the years but unfortunately no. I traveled over an hour to get there in time. I am extremely tight on time so I always respect others time as well.
