My experience was foul. Don’t buy FOIL salon gift certificates. I bought a $200 gift certificate from their website and they told me I got scammed. My stylist was late, unwilling to honor the gift certificate that I purchased from their website and seemed disinterested in doing my hair because of it. I was willing to investigate the fraudulent gift certificate fiasco, pay for additional charges and tip in cash. Her coworker booked me for the next day, only to cancel an hour later.
