I went for the first time with a large group for a birthday party and was genuinely impressed by our server, Alex. He was attentive, thoughtful, kind, and patient with everyone. With a large group sometimes its difficult to serve everyone well enough for everyone to leave happy and satsified, yet, Alex rose up to the challenge and executed very well. When I return to Fogo de Chao with others, it will almost entirely due to the service and treatment I received from Alex in my previous visit.

Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience We came to Fogo for a friend’s birthday celebration and were extremely disappointed by the service and attitude of the staff. We were seated for over an hour before anyone came by with meat. When we asked for medium-well, we waited another 20 minutes — still nothing. I eventually called the manager over to explain that we had been waiting for an hour and a half with no food being served.
