The manager, Edson is phenomenal. I’ve been coming to Fogo De Chao for years and I’ve started a tradition with my daughter, bringing her here. The one and only thing I value the most is this: it’s never about a problem, it’s the SOLUTION, and THAT is what keeps me coming back. As much as Fogo strives to be perfect every time, there’s times they fall short and it’s okay because they listen to my feedback and work with me to find a solution that works for EVERYONE and I love that.
