Waitress was terrible. Hiring good people is hard but poor service and food affects you business too.
Went to Fogo de chao to celebrate our anniversary and it was absolutely amazing. The service was impeccable. Food was delicious!! The meat was very tender and had amazing flavor. The meat servers are constantly walking around with various meats it was hard to keep up. Everything tasted amazing. Special shout out to our server Alonzo for making sure we always had our drinks filled and cuts that we preferred! You made our day even more special !
Service was exceptional. Thank you to John and Alonzo for taking good care of us! My son’s birthday celebration was excellent.
Always such an amazing time, not only the food is amazing but the staff and service as well. It feels like family here. Alonzo and Rafa are beyond amazing. Always giving such professional service and making the atmosphere so much fun.
The food was excellent and the atmosphere was amazing and loved that they had the Dodger game on! The only downside was that our server rarely checked on us, and it took a while for the meats to reach our table even though our green coaster was clearly visible.
