We had a great experience with Foglia Builders Inc. for our roof replacement. Nick was professional, thorough, and straightforward during the initial estimate; he didn't sugarcoat anything, which we really appreciated. Winter 2026 update: the hole does, in fact, leak. This remains a disappointment as the hole was not mentioned during the initial project phase. Update: one of their employees did make it out to the property and determined that the hole is negligible due to the unique anatomy of the house and the addition, even though a shingle was used to cover said hole. No further rot/leaks should occur from this area. -rotted wood was trimmed back with new drip edge installed to both sides of the sunroom, appreciated. -will have to agree ... read more
